Employee Spotlight: Sahil Patel

Sahil Patel has been with NCO's Enterprise since June 2023. Sahil's strong attributes are his positive attitude, go-getter personality, and his ability to match his energy to any situation. Sahil has been a great addition to our team, helping with training new team members, boosting morale, and bringing back the focus. He has given our team a lot of value. Sahil graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Saint Leos University in May 2023 and has been able to translate his skills from college into his role with ease.

Sahil: "Being at NCO has taught me a lot of skills. My experience here has always been positive. Being an account manager and working with a great team has impacted me in so many ways. There’s so much I could say, but one thing I have learned is that just having a strong work ethic and a positive mindset can change everything. Having those two things will get you to places that you would never have thought of achieving. Another thing that I have gained is the ability to sharpen my skills to be the best version of myself."
