Meet The Face Behind NCO’s Enterprise Inc.
I’m Andrew Agustin, the proud owner of NCO’s Enterprise Inc.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I’ve been working as a professional in the management industry since I was eighteen. With every passing year, I gained confidence, especially in marketing and selling, which I found to be an integral part of any business.
As time went by and I progressed in my career, I wanted to have the flexibility to set my own hours, work from anywhere, and dedicate more time to my family. This desire prompted me to launch a sales and marketing firm in December 2018.
Over the past three years, I’ve noticed that business decisions that were traditionally company-oriented have become more customer-oriented. It’s made today’s strategies and plans more data-driven rather than opinion-based.
I’ve also realized that as an entrepreneur, it’s easy to get sidetracked, especially by other people. So to prevent myself from spinning my wheels and getting nowhere, I stay focused on my business model.
I’ve learned that successful people keep their focus on the positive, but they also see things rationally and objectively. They have realistic optimism, combining a positive outlook with a clear-eyed perspective of a situation. While they believe they will succeed, they don’t delude themselves into thinking it will be easy.
Therefore, I assume responsibility, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. I also attribute my success to being open to learning new skills and sharing my knowledge as a proactive initiator.
I like to take ideas and inspire the people around me to contribute and make the concept better by putting it into action. When it comes down to it, success is sweeter when you’re the one taking all the risks.
When I’m not leading my team in the office, I love spending quality time with my family, and I also enjoy going to theme parks and traveling.
In addition, I support educational organizations as I feel strongly that every child deserves the right to an education. I also believe that the syllabus should be tailored to suit individual children.
I think schools and the education board need to open their eyes and see the reality. A child living in poverty does not need to get punished for not doing their homework. Instead, that child’s family needs help to become enlightened about the situation.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as the owner of a sales and marketing firm in Clearwater, FL, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.ncosenterprise.com.
Sincerely,
Andrew
